Events, Art exhibits and shows, Work shops, Meet-ups
Digital World of Photography holds photography related events for amateur photographers interested in learning more about photography and their digital cameras. We meet on the third Wednesday of each month at the Newburgh Library to learn a photography technique, review photographs or learn from a guest speaker. We also meet once a month on location somewhere in the Hudson Valley to practice the techniques that we learn at the Library meeting. We also help at the local county fairs with judging, hanging artwork and giving presentations. Finally, we show our work at local galleries.
There is a $25/year membership fee or $4.00 per month. These fees cover expenses such as insurance, website costs and supplies costs. Membership forms will be available at each meetup. Membership is required when visiting a location that requires insurance as our policy only covers signed members.
